Trust Spanning the Sea: Story of Collaboration Between Tavol Forklift and Peruvian Distributor—From Canton Fair to Market Success

Recently, Tavol received heartwarming feedback from a client in Peru, which filled us with great delight. We would like to share this client’s story with everyone.

The story dates back to the Canton Fair last October.Tavol met this Peruvian customer. After in-depth discussions, the client showed strong interest in Tavol forklifts. Following the Canton Fair, we promptly prepared a detailed quotation for the client. After two months of communication and trust-building, the customer placed their first trial order in December, covering a total of 6 forklifts: 4 dual-fuel LPG forklifts and 2 electric forklifts. The client made it clear that they would discuss further cooperation only after seeing the actual performance of the machines.

To our great joy, the customer quickly put the forklifts up for sale upon receipt and shared overwhelmingly positive feedback — the products sold very well! Meanwhile, the client also raised a few minor points for product improvement that we are following up on. Most importantly, they were highly satisfied with the overall performance of Tavol equipment and confirmed that they will continue our partnership.

The Peruvian client acts as a local forklift distributor, supplying our fork lift to end users. Their trust stands as the best testament to Tavol’s consistent product quality.

It is worth noting that after the forklifts arrived in Peru, the client took photos with our newly customized acrylic keychains as a memento. These small keys embody the trust and friendship stretching across the Pacific Ocean.
