An Autumn Reunion at Tavol: Peruvian Partner Comes Home
From a single container trial order to repeat orders three containers deep — a partnership built at the Canton Fair, and confirmed on our factory floor.

Yesterday morning, the partner and her team spent a full half-day on site. They walked the production line first, then gathered around several finished units, photographing them from every angle. It turned out the visit carried a second purpose: shooting promotional material for their own brand. "Your forklifts have been very well received in the Peruvian market, and we want to run a campaign on our own social channels. We need real footage from a real factory," she explained, while a colleague captured details from one angle after another. From welding craftsmanship to paint finish, from assembly flow to pre-delivery inspection, the lens recorded far more than products — it captured a trust that crosses the Pacific.
After the tour, we sat down to talk about where the partnership goes next. The customer raised new requirements on lead times and spare parts supply, and we recommended several models suited to real-world conditions in the Peruvian market. There was little formality at the table; the conversation felt more like two old friends talking candidly — where something could be improved, which configuration could be optimised, all laid out directly.
At four in the afternoon, the team rushed back to the airport to catch an evening flight home. On her way out, she smiled: "The trip was too short this time. Next visit, I'll stay a few extra days and take a proper look at your new products."

The Bauma China is about to begin again. We look forward to meeting new friends at our booth — and we always welcome old friends back. Tavol's doors are open to anyone who trusts us.
