The July sun shines brightly, and Tavol Group welcomes the mid-year team building activity in 2025. This time, we are away from the hustle and bustle of the city and come to the picturesque Wenhe Equestrian Club to start a team journey full of passion and joy. Here, we not only experience the heroic posture of horseback riding, the speed and passion of beach motorcycles, but also feel the cohesion and sense of belonging of the Tavol family in the warm atmosphere of the bonfire party.
The first stop of the team building was Wenhe Equestrian Club. Equestrianism is not only an elegant sport, but also a test of the rider's courage and balance. Under the guidance of professional coaches, Tavol friends got on the horses and experienced the feeling of being a "knight". Some people were a little nervous when riding for the first time, but with the encouragement of their colleagues, they quickly found the rhythm; others were familiar with the horse and galloped, attracting cheers. Whether they were novices or "experienced drivers", everyone showed Tavol spirit of not fearing challenges and moving forward courageously on horseback.
If riding a horse is a combination of elegance and strength, then beach motorcycles are pure speed and passion! With the engines roaring and the dust flying, Tavol friends drove beach motorcycles in groups and raced on the track. Some teams cooperated well and led the way; others had frequent "problems" and constant laughter, but no matter winning or losing, everyone was immersed in a happy atmosphere. This speed contest not only released pressure, but also made the tacit understanding between team members soar!
After a day of wonderful activities, everyone gathered together for a simple and warm award ceremony. The company issued certificates of honor to outstanding teams and individuals to commend their outstanding contributions in their work. Afterwards, all members took a group photo. In front of the camera, everyone's smile was particularly bright. This is not only a photo, but also a testimony to the cohesion and happiness of the Tavol team.
In the evening, the sumptuous dinner officially began. The chairman personally held a "lamb-opening ceremony" for everyone, symbolizing the prosperity and unity of Tavol Group. The delicious roasted whole lamb and rich dishes allowed everyone to enjoy the food and chat about work and life in laughter.
During the dinner, colleagues toasted and shared their gains and insights over the past six months. At this moment, we are not only colleagues fighting side by side, but also partners supporting each other.
As night fell, the bonfire was lit, and the team-building activity ushered in the warmest part. Everyone sat around the bonfire, some singing, some dancing, and some sharing stories.
